Interdependence

 

Interdependence = species rely on each other  

• Food (tree → caterpillar)  

• Pollination (bee → flower)  

• Seed dispersal (bird → seed)  

• Shelter (tree → bird)

 

If you remove one thing from an ecosystem, the whole system will be affected due to interdependence. 

 

A stable community is one with balanced populations that remain relatively stable
